Our experience with Willow & Hall was amazing from start to finish. Initially we ordered a 2 seater Appleby. However, having checked our measurements against the company's minimum requirements, we had overlooked the height and in one place on the winding staircase to our loft conversion it was marginally not high enough! W & H took the sofa back with no blame or question. Our money was back in our account within a couple of days and we then ordered two singles. They look fantastic. We would highly recommend Willow & Hall for their product, customer service and impressive delivery team, who could not have been more helpful.
