Fantastic service from beginning to end! I called to ask for advice on fabric samples and spoke to a very helpful person, then when I'd placed my order online, I received a 'phone call to review the order details and discuss access to the house and room where the sofa was to go. I sent photos of the access and W&H confirmed that delivery would be possible. Perfect! The only thing that would have been even better would have been to receive an email to tell me when the sofa was nearly ready, but I did receive a call from the delivery company to say they were available to deliver the next day.
