From my first visit to the Chiswick showroom to the delivery of my sofa bed I have been very impressed by Willow and Hall. The showroom staff know their products and the delivery team were punctual, efficient and friendly. I particularly liked having large swatches of fabric to drape over the display sofa to get a proper idea of how the different colours look. It was reassuring to know that I could return the sofa within two weeks if I had made a mistake in my choice.
