Excellent customer service. Staff are helpful an courteous on the phone, and delivery guys friendly and helpful. We had to send our first sofa-bed back as we'd miscalculated and the delivery guys couldn't get the sofa bed up the stairs. No problem, they took the sofa back with no quibbles (or charges) and we ordered a replacement with removable arms for easier access. We're really pleased with it. Highly recommended - not the cheapest on the market, but you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality (we ordered a three-seater sofa bed), choice (you can customise pretty much everything from cushions to mattress to fabric), and customer service.
