After ordering on line we had a call to confirm the details of our order and had a lovely chat with the lad who rang. Delivery dates were organised with ease. Very easy to order swatches too. All the information I needed was on the website. The delivery company however rang to say they would be an hr and were much longer. They were impatient on knocking and rapped on the window before I'd had chance to even stand up. When they had left I discovered a seat cushions to be extremely wet but they had still placed it downwards on the sofa wetting the base too. Willow and Hall apologised and no damage was done. 100% company but under par delivery.
