I had a little trouble with the web site when ordering but had excellent service when I phoned. The sofa bed arrived before Christmas, as promised. I cant't thank the delivery men enough. The item was too large for either the front or back door so they had to take it apart outside and then reassemble inside. All completed with efficiency and cheerfulness.
