After doing a lot of research on 'high end' sofa beds we decided that Willow and Hall sofa beds stood out from the crowd. Right from the beginning from easy navigation on the website, the lovely free fabric sample pack sent swiftly through the post to the great communication letting us know when delivery would take place. The delivery men were great, out hallway was a bit tight and awkward and although we opted not to have the removable arms on the sofa after a couple of attempts the men had been able to manoeuvre the sofa through the door into the lounge. They then went on to explain clearly and concisely how to safely open up and put away again the sofa bed. All in all an excellent service from Willow and Hall
