Very helpful staff on the phone and in the showroom. I ordered the sofa instead of sofa bed from the website by mistake and only realised when item delivered. It was no problem to return the sofa and exchange it for the sofa bed which is being made at the moment. The delivery company was very good and arranging a time for delivery and then collection of the wrong item was very easy. Looking forward to receiving the replacement.
