All the direct telephone contact I had with your company was excellent.
However, The were problems with delivery which I feel you should be aware of.
1. When I received an e-mail informing me that my sofa was due in the warehouse, I went ahead and booked a delivery slot. However, the warehouse contacted me to say that it had not arrived and I had to wait another week for it's arrival there before booking it's delivery.
2. I ordered a sofa with removable arms because I knew there would be problems with access and because your website reassured me that the delivery men would know this and be able to remove and replace the arms accordingly. I confirmed this by phone. However, on arrival, they had had not been informed of this requirement and had never had to do it before. Indeed, it was fortunate that one of them happened to have a tool kit with them as they do not normally carry one with them. In fairness to them, they went out of their way to take the sofa back into their van (it was raining) unpack it all and do the necessary dismantling. They were most accommodating and cheerful though the delivery took about an hour and a half altogether. Evidently there had been some lack of communication somewhere along the line which you will no doubt want to put right.
