Sent very detailed directions ( even coordintaes) and rang delivery people to inform them that our postcode would NOT bring them here. We had a freind travel here to meet them. They followed SATNAV and ended up away from our house in the village. Cannot understand HOW this happened.So points lost for service - sorry
