Excellent ordering service - easy online which was followed up by a phone call double checking the detail. I had not previously asked for a sample but one was sent out then. Timescales were explained. They rang earlier than the timescale to deliver but we had to delay for a week. Delivery service was excellent with furniture delivered to an upstairs room. A full demonstration was given on how to operate the sofa bed. The sofa bed is comfortable for occasional sitting on and works well as a bed. The only slight criticism was that the sofa bed had a strange 'chemical' smell when it arrived which took a few days to dissipate. Other than that an excellent service.
