Good communication from the point of order. I was kept informed throughout the process and my sofa bed was ready sooner than I thought it would be.
The delivery team was great and made sure I knew exactly how to set up and put away the bed.They dealt very well with the challenges of getting into my house.
The sofa bed itself is just as described, and is very well-made and sturdy. It has already provided a comfortable sleep for overnight visitors.
