Great website with ample descriptions and lots of choices well displayed (the material and colour picker is very good); easy to order from. Could do better on post-sales communication: I spent £700 online and all I got was an email confirmation that was fairly vanilla - could have done with more reassurance that my order was important to them and clear statement of dates. When I phoned to for an update I was kinda brushed off. However, the furniture arrived sooner than expected, is very high quality, and I can have no complaints at all.
