So far so good. I ordered a pack of samples and it came very quickly and I liked all the fabrics - nice colours and good quality - it made it very difficult to choose. I am now waiting for my Love Seat sofa bed. I found using the website and choosing the various options for its design very easy. Someone also phoned me to go through my order with me once I had placed it, to make sure the sofa bed would fit through my doorway and that I was happy with my choices. All very efficient.
