I bought a sofa from willow and hall about 2 years ago so decided to treat myself to a footstool to go with it as always fancied one. I knew which fabric I wanted so just did it all online. Had my delivery day confirmed and time so took the morning off work to wait for it. Unfortunately the drivers got stuck in traffic and ended up being about an hour late which I found out when they arrived. They were perfectly nice and apologetic and i know traffic jams happen but my 4 stars is just because it would have been good if theyíd been able to give me a call. The footstool is gorgeous so apart from that all was good.
