Responding to an advert in a magazine, I visited the showroom in London looking to purchase a sofa bed for my sister. From the beginning of this transaction to my sister taking delivery of her beautiful sofa bed, I cannot fault nor praise enough the service I received. I visited many other showrooms, shops and websites before making my selection of Willow and Hall. The showroom had every model on display, with a wonderful selection of styles, sizes and fabrics. The staff were knowledgeable, efficient and helpful regarding seat filling, mattress types and fabric options which helped me select the best sofa bed for my sister. On the appointed day, the sofa was delivered by extremely 'nice' men who took great trouble ensuring the sofa was put together and all packaging removed. My sister loves her sofa, I still have to try out the bed. I recognise this all sounds a bit over the top but I was really impressed by the service, the product and the reasonable cost. I really recommend this company and I am not, nor is any member of my family, in the pay of Willow and Hall.
