Lovely sofabed, excellent quality, and the price extremely competitive. The fact that this is made in England, not China feels good, too. Willow & Hall's returns policy has the edge over other stores, where a similar price sofa is made in China and the returns policy is summed up in the small print as: "We don't care if it fits through the front door, you bought it- you deal with it". In other words, we did not want to buy from other shops that would have left us with a non-returnable sofa outside our house, once it is "not in the original packaging." No such nonsense at Willow & Hall, instead you can change your mind about the sofa and they will take it back. This returns policy gave us the confidence to spend the money, and we were not disappointed.We chose the option of removable arm rests, to make sure it fits through the door. Lovely customer service from first contact to fabric samples sent, to delivery, assembly and pick-up of old sofa on the day. Have had guests sleeping on our new sofabed (with memory foam mattress) and they call it "luxurious". Beat that. :-)
