I placed an order with Wish, after reading the offer, and the date they said the item would arrive. Big mistake, because as soon as I paid for it, the arrival date changed to at least two weeks after the latest date they had shown. I bought the item because I needed it by the latest date they showed, and any later would make the computer camera worthless to me. As soon as I saw the date change, I tried to cancel the order. Their site gave me an option to get my money back, or receive a Wish Credit. I clicked on the receive my money back, and instantly the site said I had a Wish Credit. I told PayPal about it, and they told me to get in touch with Wish, and after a few contacts with them, they informed me that a refund into my PayPal Account had been issued on March 29th, and I would receive it within 14 days. On April 14th the refund had not arrived. PayPal told me, if they did not refund in a reasonable amount of time, I should claim it through their expedited system. I did that, and am waiting for the settlement. One of the emails Wish sent me said they do not issue cash refunds, only credits. It looks like they lied to me about the March 29th refund. I still have all of the emails they sent me, so I do not think I can trust this company!
