I ordered a vest on March 17th,2020. It was billed right on the same day before the product even shipped or a notice inform me when the approx shipping date. On April, 20th I still didn't receive the product nor any explanation about the delay. There's no way to talk to a customer service agent. The phone message refer me to support @ wish .com. As I follow the direction to the chat, there weren't a real service provided. I was referred to a consulting vender with $1.00 charge to find out what happen to my order. I want to warm other consumers about this company. This company is a fraud and practices predatory business. It lures customers with low price and advertisement tricks. I will report to my credit company. This will be the last time I will have any business relationship with this company.I want other customers to be vigilant about this company.
