wish is acting in fraudulent activities. I purchased an item, got a tracking number and tracking shows that it was delivered and left with an individual. I never received the package however and when I checked with the USPS, who confirmed that the tracking number and package didn't even have my name or my address on it. It had someone elses name and package. WISH either put the wrong delivery label on the package or tied the tracking number incorrectly to my purchase. USPS looked at a photo of the package and the scan point and confirmed that the package does not have my name on it. When I contacted WISH to resolve this, their response was just: Tracking shows that your item was delivered so there's nothing we can do. They repeated this within multiple emails even after I told them that yes, the item was delivered but it wasn't delivered to me. They even tried to say that they're sorry they cannot do anything. I even told them that I confirmed with USPS that the package was never meant for me and I told WISH this multiple times, but WISH still ignores my case. They are horrible to deal with and I recommend everyone to never deal with WISH.
