Honestly I would give them a zero or even negative stars if that were an option. I placed an order on March 8, 2020, and still have not received it. After ordering the item my estimated shipping window was April 5 - April 29. Still ridiculous, but I thought maybe COVID-19 was impacting their shipments. With that being said after not receiving my package my April 29th I sent an email to customer service. I received a very basic message back stating that I was still in the shipping window (which I wasn't) and that I should be receiving it by May 6th. Yesterday, on May 7th I still had not received my package and sent another email. Once again I received an email back stating that I was still in the shipping window. After that I got pretty heated because 1. I believe I am talking to a bot and their customer service is made up and 2. I am far from the shipping window. It should not take 2 months to receive a package. I asked for a refund, and they will not give me one. WISH IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!
