We have shopped from them several times, this review is for ALL times! Be warned: Delivery and Dispatch are two very different things for them! You have those options for next day delivery, but when they "dispatch" can be days after the order is placed. What is then the reason to pay 24h Courier or RM then? None! Very unreliable, in fact you have no idea when you will get your supplies. Every single time we have a mess home, with my daughters over my shoulder full of "why", "when" and "chase them". Really tired of this, its not worth the mess. All reviews with negative or stars missing is that exact reason! I our case because we didn't back down they totally delayed us! They seem to attempt redefining what Royal Mail 24h means. It is NOT standard, it is 24 hours. There is no other retailer that claims Royal Mail 24 h is standard, this is a ridiculous statement.
