Order meant to be delivered between 11am and 1pm after I checked early in the morning that this would happen!! Never arrived. Tried calling Online shopping 6 times … no reply. Now remember that online shopping call centre staff are working from HOME I believe, so why they not answering their phones? Interesting.
So never assume you’ll get your order even after you wait 5 hours. Really bad service and response handled incredibly bad by online Manager who really sounded completely disinterested.
Woolworths need to up their game on the online food side.
Not sure how you can be assured you get your order when online staff don’t answer their phones.
