Why break something that wasn’t broken? The Woolies Dash worked fine as a stand alone app and then you decide to combine it with the main Woolworths App and what a disaster ! The chat to the shopper hardly ever works so orders arrive incomplete without any knowledge to the customer and it’s highly annoying and irritating and maybe do something about whoever manages LONGBEACH Mall! Too many chiefs walking around with hands in pockets and showing no interest. Complaints fall
On deaf ears it’s all just unacceptable. I shop daily using the app and it’s now an annoyance and no longer a pleasure or convenience. The app shows no stock, I get into my car and drive to the store only to find stock! Get your act together Woolworths ! Today my main ingredient wasn’t available and because your chat with shopper doesn’t work, your shopper called me to tell me this so I told him to cancel the entire order which wasn’t done so the driver arrived within 5 minutes with the rest of the order which served no purpose as the main ingredient was missing! I sent it back and expect a full refund by close of business today! Such bad service that I have never experienced before
