Really, the worst delivery service. Every second item is out of stock. Why then advertise it if it’s not there? And one can forget about a refund. I am yet to see any refunds in my account from the many things that were out of stock. It’s like Woolies lacks integrity when it comes to Dash. It’s a waste of time and my money. I would rather use Checkers 60 who refunds you immediately to your app if an item is out of stock. They also refund any items that you say are faulty. Woolies, in the other hand, treats you like a criminal when you have a query. I asked about my refund and was told to send them bank statements as proof. I gave up and never got my money back. In contrast, I told Checkers the seal of their butter was broken. They promptly apologised and refunded my R150, no questions asked - and without asking for the faulty product back. I think Dash should just retire and Woolies should go back to the drawing board regarding a delivery system that actually works and doesn’t rip customers off.
