I am really saddend that a simple grocery order was not delivered in the time slot selected. Struggle to get anyone on the number, everything goes to an email.
My order never arrived due to no drivers! Nowhere was it stated on the app or website about delivery issue.
Now they want me to wait 2 to 5 days to Refund! Just send me my damn order why do I have to wait when you dont have to wait for my money.
So so dissapointed
