My main delivery item was out of stock and not delivered.
Due to no substitution option selected, since I didn't want any substitution, no further notification is sent or communicated, HOWEVER, full delivery fee + a driver tip is charged + the FULL purchase amount of unavailable items...
To date I haven't been refunded either !
This was money I need for our Christmas meal... I am now unable to purchase what I need since I am waiting for the refund, and was overcharged for delivery of items which I would not have ordered online had I known my main item was out of stock. Surely the online system should be able te verify stock availability in your area once address is entered..?
Not quite the Festive outcome I had in mind... and the attitude from the Woolies agents also not empathetic.
Simply refer back to the flawed "return policy"... which clearly have receive countless poor reviews by unhappy customers.
