I am so annoyed and frustrated. This is the second time this happens. I am a business order in the take aways and catering industry. I order fresh ingredients lettuce, cucumber etc from WW. This morning I placed a dash order for delivery to my business which is in a central location. I order via dash to this address at least twice a week and to my home address at least another 2 times a week. I need this stock for a function we are catering for tonight. My order was to be delivered between 10 and 11am this morning. As i am now preparing for the function, my staff let me know the order did not arrive. I called the call centre for them to tell me they tried to get hold of me as they could not find the location. They delivered there in this week. How on earth with all the technology can they not find a central location??? Why do i need to be contacted to ask to explain the location??? It is a central location that they often deliver to. This is the second time this is happening and impacting my business negatively. Today and the last time this happened I am just casually told they cannot deliver the order to day as the refund was processed. The last time it took at least 5 attempts to get the refund processed. I have this email trail. I do not need a refund. I need the stock for a function in 1 hours time...What a disaster....Super disappointed and frustrated.
