I am beyond livid.
I booked and payed for the 10-13:00 Time slot for my delivery. Phoned customer service 3 times and spoke to the store customer service said the delivery would be dispatched from 9 times.
Just for them to say they cant reach the driver, then they said they would repick my order and send it at 14:15. At 16:45 I got a call from the fresh department manager saying they would escalate my order to Monday.
I had to go to a store to buy alternative Sunday lunch vegetables and meat and had to get stuff for school and work lunch packs. Might I add that this was all part of my delivery.
I will not wait 10 days for a refund if thw money went out of my account in 10 seconds.
