1. Worst experience! Firstly you can’t input address, you can only add pin location and it doesn’t allow you to modify address.
2. There’s no way of tracking your order, you’re blind throughout the process.
3. I placed the order at 9:40 and by 12:30 my order still hadn’t arrived.
4. They don’t call you or let you know that the order is on the way.
5. They delivered at an incorrect address. I lost all my money/groceries.
6. Dash isn’t willing to assist in resolving the problem.
I will NEVER use dash ever again! Horrible experience.
