please someone or trading standards need to sort this corrupt company out. im going to citizens advice. this can not go on 2 weeks without any internet, tv ect. i have not been able to do invoices or quotes and read emails. then i had to pay for a new router for £89.00 plus vat as there routers are terrible as quoted by the open reach engineer that came out to investigate the problem. please if you get a cold call from these hang up they are frauds my contract over the phone was to half my original price i was paying but ended up double that. i can not understand how this company gets away with this.
