No polite words to describe this company, they should be shut down. Unhelpful, unlawful, laugh at you on the phone as they think they can get away with anything.
Don't even have a conversation with these people! we did and now they've 'slammed' our line, they have taken our number and are illegally blocking it from being ported back to us. We are losing business now as we have no phone line or broadband because of their actions.
