Agreed to transfer broadband and lines in June. B'band moved ok, lines didn't. No communication from XLN to tell me the transfer hadn't ported across. Still paying BT for phone lines at out of contract rates. Held back bill with XLN to try to get something done, now hit with late payment charge. Absolute shower.
