XLN have made me ill ! I signed up to £22.49pm I have constantly been charged what they call "additional charges" £6pm extra was charged , when I eventually got through they said it was insurance in case something happened to the BT line because BT charge in the region of £150 to come out which is a lie because a customer would not have to pay for a fault in the BT line, they eventually refunded me but only after an extremely exacerbating call, also £5pm was added again after waiting for an hour I was told it was a "care plan" so that I could buy a new router should mine malfunction, as with the insurance charge I had never asked if enquired about anything, I had no need to, also, I was charged over £14pm extra for 4 months before I noticed ( I will explain why) after waiting an hour I was told the monthly charge had increased £5 since Feb, I have NEVER been able to access the app to gain any information about my account so I have never been able to find out what I am being charged for, I argued that I signed up for £22.49 for 2 years and was nit aware of an increase, they said they emailed me; they never, the only email I get is to tell me my invoice is ready but I then cannot access it, they do not offer solutions, the agent fired so many screen shots at me if my invoices for me to read, thus was on my small phone screen , so overwhelming I could not possibly go through them at that point, they sent they voice recordings of when I signed up but surprise surprise they would not play...please people avoid this company, remember hundreds of people do not bother to write reviews as they are so fed up , this has been my worst ever experience with any company in 40years of being in the adult world.
