Be Careful of Hidden Charges and False Promises I’d really warn anyone thinking about signing up with XLN Telecom. My experience has been full of unexpected fees and broken promises. They charged me for insurance that I never agreed to, and when my contract was ending, they didn’t even bother to notify me. No call, no email – nothing. Instead, I got hit with extra charges out of nowhere. Their customer service has been awful. Every time I tried to get help, I was either put on hold for ages or just passed around without any real answers. It’s clear they’re more interested in squeezing money out of customers than providing good service. Please be very careful if you’re considering XLN. I wish I had known this before signing up – I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
