The customer service we have received over the past week has been nothing short of shocking.
I have been on hold on the phone lines three separate times over an hour with no response. The online chat agents replied with a one word answer and ended the chat and the agent who signed us up told us to email her over a week ago, has not responded and when asked when we would receive an update the best response she could come up with was "dont know". She has since ignored all emails and messages.
Our bill has increased from an initial charge of £43 and has now steadily rose month upon month to over £70 with no explanation. The invoices show no additional service charges and to try and talk to someone about the above has been pretty impossible.
The agent was very nice when initially signing us up and within the first month very helpful. When a real issue arrives we have been more than disappointed in the service and this not a company i would recommend to any small business that wants to get issues resolved quickly rather than waste time back and forth with people who are not interested in helping.
Over a week later after multiple emails and messages we STILL have received no call back or even an answer to an email.
