I agreed a 24 month contract with XLN. After 3 months they increased the price by 30% which I queried. It was for repair insurance which i had not arranged. it was forced onto all customers unless you opt-out. Then 2 months later, a price increase of 60%. This was a copper wire surcharge. I am now on the phone again, 20 minutes so far, waiting to speak to XLN to find out how to sort out this mess.
The internet works okay but they do not honour the price in the contract.
