Awful Money Grabbing company that do not care about their loyal customers. I first joined XLN in 2018. I signed a new contract in 2022 because I had been happy with their service- that was my biggest mistake! It appears that since they merged with Daisy Communications they have become greedy. My price has increased by a whopping 65% mid contract with NO communication or warning and NO opportunity to leave. They insist that an email was sent but I have not received it.
I am now in the position where XLN/Daisy have me trapped between a rock and a hard place and refuse to offer ANY sort of assistance. My contract is up in 4 months however I wanted to switch early to avoid paying the hugely inflated price that was sprung on me with no warning however they will charge me £500 to do so. My only other options are to continue paying them a massive sum of money that I never agreed to for a mediocre service Or pay them for another new line in order to decrease my monthly cost.
They say that my price increase is due to my line being “old and costly to maintain” however I paid for this new line to be installed at the start of this current contract less than 3 years ago.
Overall an awful experience and customer services are unhelpful and unwilling to assist, I would not recommend!
