I wish to give a shout out for "Bella" at the Greyhound Retail Park in Chester whose smile and welcoming greeting is a beacon for us whenever we are in the area (about twice a month). Not only does she recognise us straight away but also remembers our usual order (2 x Zinger burger meals with large chips, 2 lattes and a large gravy). Not only that but she roams the restaurant asking if everything is OK with the meal whilst her colleagues prefer the safety behind the counter. Bella is obviously very bright and works hard. She is a great advert for KFC.
