Very surprised to read the negative feedback on Zalando Lounge been using the company and their app for several years. Only had the wrong size item on 2 occasions. Great choice of brand names at discounted prices. As for refunds of return items always received. Had 1 occasion when a Lacoste T shirt returned with another item went missing. Due to my account number of items purchased / history etc Zalando Lounge refunded this without any issues. Excellent customer service as far as I've experienced.
