I have been an affectionate customer for several years, then in February they sent me a box with the papers in order, but completely wrong items. I promptly contact them and they tell me: no problem, send us the stuff back and we refund you, we’re very sorry. Then the absurd starts: no refund, months of unanswered emails, then I’m told that they sent me the right items, then they make me sign any sort of legal binding declaration, then they finally tell me “ok, we refund you”. Great, but they refund me 33 euros instead of 406. Nice, uh? It’s a SCAM with a “customer service“ which is not worth its name.
