Absolutely the worst experience you could have with customer service. I ordered greeting cards and they arrived without envelopes! I called and they said they would send the envelopes, however, I received another batch of greeting cards and those arrived without envelopes, as well. I called again and was assured that the envelopes would be sent, but I have not received them. I now have 12 cards with no envelopes. I called a third time and ended up being routed to a mailbox that was full. This was after correctly following the prompts. Ridiculous. I finally got a rep on the phone, only to have to repeat the order number four times before the she could get it right. She put me on hold for 12 minutes before checking back with me. She claims she will send the envelopes, but who knows? No one seems to know how to resolve this matter. After over 30 days of waiting, I'm about to give up. The cards are nice, but the service is HORRIBLE. I will never order from Zazzle again. I urge you to shop elsewhere.
