Ordered custom Christmas ornaments to ship to my out of state grandkids (that I can't see due to covid).
I paid for 2 day shipping. Shipping took 9 days. THEN, the order was wrong. I am waiting to see what they will do. Judging from what I received, another customer got one of my ornaments.
