I placed five orders over Black Friday weekend which were due to arrive on or before Dec. 11. They did not arrive until Dec. 21. When I tried to get help from customer service after Dec.11 had passed, they sent me a three paragraph list of terms and conditions they wanted me to agree in order for them to try to get the orders to me before Christmas. Then, this morning they sent me this which I am cutting and pasting so readers can enjoy the grammar: "It appear we are in luck and your order is out for delivery today, it expected by 9.00 pm. Have a great day."
I needed the gifts to distribute to people I will not now see until after the holidays. If Zazzle had been honest about the delivery date or took quick action when they were alerted to the problem I would not be so disappointed.
