ordered badges on the 5th of april and it has been nearly a month and I have received no updates as to where my product is, I have rang them multiple times and both times I was told I’d be sent an email within a few hours, or by the end of the day and was not. I find it all incredible unprofessional, there is no excuse to not have sent any update in nearly a month.
