My order was opened by USPS and everything was damaged. Zazzle said they approved my refund but only gave me a credit so that I would have to order from them again. They did not ask if I wanted my order replaced, not will they actually give my money back to me. I would have been happy to send back my order that was damaged and shorted. But they just sorry and then ignore you.
