I ordered a Christmas ornament with a high quality professional photo. The preview of the ornament looked perfect. The item I received was very blurry. I called and they were going to correct it. Then it never shipped. When I emailed about it they said they could not fix it. They credited me the cost of the ornament $13, but shipping was also about $13....for a small ornament. Ridiculous. I will never buy from Zazzle again. Taking my business to collage.com who ended up making my ornament and it is perfect!
