I ordered two products. One came as ordered. The other - two personalized beach towels - were a disaster. Not beach towels - more like a chamois material that you would wash a car with. On one, the fabric was wrinkled when imprinted leaving a long white line in the blue imprint. On the other, there was a "sticker" on the fabric, and when it was removed, it left a large white circle in the blue imprint.
Over an 8 day period - Sent two emails with photos to customer service for an RMA, left 3 voicemail messages with customer service for call back for RMA. Called and attempted to reach a human by pressing 1 for placing a telephone order - on hold > 1 hour with no message as to where I was in line, or estimated hold time. The irony is, the whole time, an advert on the "Zazzle Promise" was playing, saying how if you are not COMPLETELY satisfied , we make your return EASY. Called on another line, and was finally able to reach a HUMAN by selecting to get assistance with the "design" of an item. After a complicated process of having to send photos again, was able to receive credit for these items.
What a disappointing customer experience! Will not do business with them again!
