I would give no stars if possible. My experience was nothing but terrible. We placed and order and PAID for something we needed way in advance. Everything was IN STOCK and the order went through. Almost 3 weeks later, I emailed in to get an update on my order as we needed this for a VERY important event, as they had a sponsors information on it. I was assured by 3 different representatives that it has been expedited in production and there is nothing to worry about it would be arriving either last Friday (4/22) or Monday (4/25 which is also the day of event) if not earlier. I was told this three different times by three different people. I was finally at ease they were going to arrive on time; no problems. I reached out multiple times yesterday morning as the event was at 1:30pm. I never heard anything at all back until day of the event at 1:23 pm that you are unable to fulfill the order as the paper napkins were out of stock. WHY? This should have been looked at closely and I should have been notified way prior like on the day I placed the order. I am ashamed I even decided to go with Zazzle for this order and will never be using you again in the future nor recommending to anyone.
