This delivery was excellent so for this order I will give a 5 star. I never received my Christmas present order from last year though, and had multiple emails back and forth for a shirt I ordered for my wife. I unfortunately do not have those emails for I had done all of that through my work email and I no longer have access to. There was talk of a refund or resend but neither happened. I believe it was coming out of china and had a tracking number but was never delivered. This one arrived quickly though (birthday card) so that was great!
